Integrus Consulting Inc. is a Toronto-based advisory services firm founded in 2002.

We deliver practical corporate development and business strategies and plans aimed at the renewable energy, infrastructure and technology commercialization sectors.

Jon Kieran is President and Principal of Integrus Consulting Inc., a management consulting firm that he established in 2002.

With 40 years of management and executive experience in energy, technology and transactions, Jon has served clients throughout Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, South America, Europe and Asia.

Jon has led teams and organizations throughout his career, with special expertise in: utility power systems; renewable energy and commercialization; technology marketing and sales; project origination and development; infrastructure due diligence; transaction finance; strategic and corporate relations; business planning and communications.

Jon’s previous corporate roles have included:
- Vice President, Development and Country Manager at the Canadian renewable affiliate of Électricité de France
- Director, European Sales, for Detroit Edison’s energy technology affiliate, DTE Energy Technologies Inc.
- Director, Corporate Development for Ontario Hydro International Inc. and Hydro One

More recently, Jon acted as Interim Chief Executive Officer for Edsembli Inc., Canada’s leading vendor of SaaS education sector solutions.

Between 2008 and 2016, as a pioneering renewable energy developer in Canada, Jon was elected twice to the Board of Directors of the Canadian Solar Industry Association, and was appointed by the Board as Chair in 2011.

Jon holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in economics from Carleton University (Ottawa), and a Master of Science in International Monetary Economics from the London School of Economics (UK).
